Matching System Process Diagram

Flow diagram titled Mentoring Matching System Matching Process. Process begins with the Mentee sending a match request to the mentor. The diagram branches to two choices, the mentor declines the matching request or the mentor accepts the matching request. If the mentor declines the matching request, no further contact takes place and the mentee returns to the start by selecting another potential mentor from the list of possible matches generated for them. If the Mentor accepts the match request, the process proceeds to a conversation between the potential mentoring pair. The mentee then has the choice of accepting or declining the match for the pair depending on how good the fit is between the pair. If accepted, the mentoring relationship is established. If declined, the mentee returns to the start to select a new potential mentor.
