account in the system. The personal information that is collected to facilitate account setup and matching is as follows:
- First and last name
- Position title
- General Schedule (i.e., GS) grade
- Career path and series
- Operating Division (i.e., OPDIV)
- Contact telephone number
- E-mail address
- Mailing address
- Supervisor’s e-mail address
If you choose to provide us with the personal information requested, we will only maintain information as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose for the data collected. The information will be regularly archived and protected by the Privacy Act which restricts our use of such information based on certain disclosures.
HHSU does not disclose, give, sell or transfer any information about our website visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law or statute.
For site security purposes, HHSU employs software programs to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage to the website.
This site is maintained by the U.S. Government and is protected by various provisions of Title 18, U.S. Code. Violations of Title 18 are subject to criminal prosecution in Federal Court.
